FUN FRIDAY KARAOKE BATTLES with Mrs. Weatherford
Class Karaoke battles on Fun Fridays.
Students get training in proper microphone handling and usage including:
- how to produce superior vocal quality
- develop study rhythm and timing skills
- how to adjust their vocal projection when amplified through a handheld wireless mic system
- how to keep an keen awareness of audience interest and
- amp up their performance to keep and hold the audience's attention.
Students continue to build confidence, get over stage-fright, and apply the improvisation and performance skills they have learned throughout the semester.
Surprise celebrity performances from our Principal, Mr. Dunn, and our resident History buff, Dr. V, took the experience to a whole new level for the students! Thank you guys so much for participating!!!
They had a blast while learning and growing. Even more, some students got past some serious hurdles and fears by just getting up and trying a song for the first time! #SUCCESS
